OUR FOCUS

Investing where care happens.

At Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS), we invest in diagnostic providers that deliver care directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care environments, assisted living communities, and home health settings.

Our Diagnostic Focus

From bedside imaging to lab coordination, IDS is expanding a platform of mobile diagnostic services designed for post-acute and long-term care. While service offerings will vary by provider, these areas represent our focus as we continue to grow and scale mobile care.

  • Hands holding an X-ray image beside a portable diagnostic machine.

    Portable X-ray

Essential diagnostic imaging delivered bedside for timely, on-site care.

  • Physician using an ultrasound machine to examine a patient.

    Ultrasound

Real-time imaging to support diagnosis and treatment in non-acute settings.

  • Technician performing a cardiac ultrasound exam on a patient.

    Echocardiogram

Portable cardiac ultrasound services to assess heart structure and function.

  • Close-up of an electrocardiogram machine printing a heart rhythm readout.

    Electrocardiogram (EKG)

Quick, accurate cardiac testing performed on location.

  • Healthcare worker drawing blood from a patient’s arm for lab testing.

    Laboratory Services

Specimen collection and courier coordination for accurate, efficient lab testing.

Our providers enable diagnostics at the point of care—reducing unnecessary hospital visits, supporting faster clinical decision-making, and ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care in familiar surroundings.

“We’re growing a network of mobile diagnostic providers who deliver timely, high-quality care where and when it’s needed most. It’s about making diagnostics work better—for patients, providers, and the entire system.”
